Returns & Exchange Policy

At Oré Organic Skincare, we pride ourselves on creating products with natural ingredients. Due to this, textures may change if stored in conditions that are too hot or too cold.

  • If product changes occur, please report them to us within five days of receipt, along with a picture, to receive a replacement.

  • We do not offer exchanges once products have been delivered to your home.

  • All Sales Are Final due to the nature of our business.

    Due to the nature of our handcrafted, all-natural products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact our customer service team, and we will work to resolve them as quickly as possible.

  • 51-150 units: $3.25

  • 151-250 units: $3.00

  • 251 units & above: $2.75
